Trailing slash on VB3 forum index

To do with the < Contact Us - vBulletin - Admin - Archive > links at the bottom of the page.. I noticed that Archive link is http://beta.vbulletin.com/vb3/archive/index.php/ which means a trailing slash is added (or this is a honest mistake)

Im not sure if this is a bug or not

Archive link has the slash on purpose. It's a directory (or at least so the search engines should think)
