Purchasing 2.0

If I were to buy vBulletin right now, would I be able to upgrade to 2.0 when it is released? If not, then around when will 2.0 be out?

Also, I am working on a site with two friends. Will only one of us be allowed access to the Members Area? Our site is on the same domain.

You will receive a licnese number and password for the members area. Whomever you give that info to will be able to access the member's area, to which you'll have access to for one year from the time of your vBulletin purchase. Extra years are available for a nominal fee.
