[bug] Password-protected forums

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to forumhome
2. Click on the title of the last thread posted in that forum
3. Enter in the password for the forum
4. Go up to the L1 forum

Password is asked for again.

This isn't actually a bug in that passwords only cascade downward and even then, only by some code. The settings of child forums aren't inherited, so the passwords are separate entities.

So the password is explicitly set for L1 and L2, meaning L2 isn't inheriting L1's password?

There's an option to apply the password to child forums as well (by faking inheritance), but right.
