What should I do to get my customer number and password back?

I've forgotten my customer number and password and tried to retrieve them through vBulletin's Member Area Lost Password Form.

I did sit there and wait for the response email but got nothing.

I tried to use the online Sales form but I've got nothing but waiting and waiting.

Someone here to tell me what to do to retrieve my customer number and password.

Your customer number and password were emailed to you about two days ago in response to your support ticket to the address on file (the same one on your account here).

If you didn't receive them, email licenses@vbulletin.com with an alternate email address to have them sent to.
