If you go here:

http://beta.vbulletin.com/wysiwyg.php

You will find a very simple page with a box of text. If you can edit the text in the larger box, and you can not use the WYSIWYG editor over on the vB3 forums, please paste your browser version in here.

The second box on the test page contains the browser version that we are interested in.

Please note that only IE users will be able to use WYSIWYG.

I can use the one mentioned up here, but I don't see WYSIWYG on vB3...

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; .NET CLR 1.0.3705) That's bizarre, because you certainly should (your browser string has 'MSIE' and a version number >= 5.5)

Perhaps you have disabled vBcode links in your browsing options? What is your username over on the vB3 forums?

Your profile shows that you have enabled vbcode links... does the WYSIWYG stuff still not appear when you post a message?

Yes, it's showing up now. Didn't know that vbCode = WYSIWYG.:p

Thanks.:)

Great feature.

I can see that Ctrl+B (to make the text bold) and Ctrl+I (to italicize) work on IE 6.0.

Great job.

I can edit the text in the link you provided, but the editor over @ the preview site isn't working. On the preview site, it's just like the regular window -- pressing Ctrl+B doesn't bold the text, I'm not seeing any little text formatting buttons, or smilies, or anything. But in the little window of the link in this thread, I can use the Ctrl+_ buttons to make the text bold or underlined, or whatever. But no toolbar. And no smilies.

Go to your usercp in the vb3 site, and make sure you enable the new vbCode feature. (What they're calling this WYSIWYG editor)
