Hmm.. just a strange wording thing with the karma tool tip:

filburt1 has KARMA_OFF karma

And I can still hit the karma button and rate him, shouldn't it say he has turned that feature off????

No, because then someone could make a really bad post, and turn off karma so no one would rate him. A week later he would turn it back on and no one would ever know... this way you can rate everyone but you can choose not to display it.

You can still rate him but he has chosen not to allow his ratings to be displayed.

BTW I assume there's an admin CP to turn off the Karma system altogether?
