What can I say?
1. Nothing related to vBulletin
2. Pop-unders
3. Banners
4. Horribly slow server
5. Domain name that's irrelevent
6. Nobody needs a tip on how to delete files/folders in XP
7. Tips are a rip of ZDNet articles
Want an example?
http://www.zdnet.com.au/reviews/software/os/story/0,2000023564,20261492,00.htm
versus

Exact same wording, same everything.
In case you didn't get the idea, your site sucks, learn to write your own articles, get a better site design on a faster server, and get your crappy site out of the overcrowded internet.

He meant IP range. If he has multiple computers and a router, the NAT will mean that he still has only 1 IP.
If his IP range is blocked, then even if he reconnects to his ISP, it'll still be blocked.
