I have a person wishing to send me money, and our problem is that she can not get the money to me via mail this time, and she needs to send it via a Credit Card, is there a service out there that can help do that?

I am checking out a few places and trying to see if they do or not, paypal does not :(

If anyone has expirence in this area it would be fabulous.

I've heard great things about c2it (http://www.c2it.com/) by Citibank. It seems to be the new standard sweeping across eBay - and it's free if you're sending money inside the U.S! :)

I recommend C2it as well... Its by CitiBank... and its FDIC insured -- unlike PayPal.
