The official websites for both have no information on this.

I know several Linux distro's come with both installed, and the Linux itself calls for at least 300Mhz and 64 MB RAM.

Are the mySQL and PHP requirements the same?

Would it be realistic to persume that I can host a small scale vBulletin on a Pentium 2 with 64 MB RAM?

On a similar note, could a non-dynamic (or just a little PHP site) be held with even less?

Sorry about bombarding with all these questions on pretty similar topics--servers and hardware.

On a similar note, could a non-dynamic (or just a little PHP site) be held with even less? You bet! Even the Matchbox Server (http://www.stanford.edu/dept/news/report/news/february10/webserver210-a.html) could handle that. :)
