We receive emails like this about once a month:
Hi I signed up under the name JoeBlow 3 years ago. I changed ISPs 6 months ago and so I signed up a new account. Now I have JoeBlowToo. Since I have been posting as JoeBlow2 for 6 months could you merge my old account into the new one so my posts are attributed to me? Thanks!
It would be nice if we could specify a 'to' and 'from' user, hit 'go' and it would update old posts/threads to the new account, PMs, etc. and then mark the old account as either inactive or delete it outright.
