Installation Problem with SQL

it say me :


Database error in vBulletin Installer :

Invalid SQL: ALTER TABLE access ADD UNIQUE (userid,forumid)
mysql error: Access denied for user: 'dark@217.220.29.144' to database 'dark'

mysql error number: 1044


what is the problem? what can i do to resolve it?
