Live Chat (Offline)

Since I heard that this live chat was in the members area, I have been checking every day. So far .. it has never been 'online' .. so - why is it there? And how can I access a list of all my support/sales tickets - they disappeared from that page. And having an overview with results is easier then going through a bunch of mails in my client where hierargy is a mess.

but each time I check it says (offline) and even when i refresh the page .. guess I just have bad luck each time.

15th time I tried, ..

Guess I will just use the 'reliable' forums for support then. Sorry, but it hasn't worked (been online) a single time since I heard it was here.

The older 'contact' way was nicer I guess. I could see my tickets and the replies and enter a reply again. etc.

Obviously it is not 24/7 but some US working time, I am from .NL
so i guess i will be sleeping and you will be up and visa versa. The livechat text on members area doesn't say that it is not a 24/7 thing or only US working hours or whatever.

While we'd like it to be a 24x7 thing, I don't think we can realistically achieve that at the moment. I think it's just been bad luck that you keep missing us xiphoid!
