Buyed VBulletin but nothing happens

i byed on Tuesday a Vbulletin License with CC.
After the Purchase Process i received this Mail

vBulletin Issue - vBulletin Order

Thats all i never received something from Digibuy , never got an Order ID or something else. But the Card has been Charged.
All what i got is the Shopper ID.
Anyone can help me out here? Maybe my E-Mail Adress (server) has an error. I ordered under the Adress info@hmsp.de and Name Patrik Mohrdieck if it is my Mail adress which has an error you can Mail me under higgi1@web.de.
I have already contacted sales@vbulletin.com but received no Reply.

That's not the email you would get if you ordered by credit card. It sounds like you accidentally chose one of the other payment options that require manually handling the order (check, fax, money order, etc.) I found your ticket and assigned it to the person that can straighten it out. You'll just have to be patient.
