In the template it says "Do NOT remove this copyright notice" which means you are not allowed to remove it. It is part of the licensing agreement. If you wish to have that removed from all the pages of vBulletin that it generates, then contact sales@vbulletin.com and inquire about how much this costs to have it removed. (pretty much, but a one-time investment).

If you did not pay for the copyright notice removal, then I advice you to immediatly restore it on that above provided web site. If the above web site is not yours, and you suspect they did not pay for it, then you can report them to piracy@vbulletin.com for being in violation of the licensing agreement.

There are some home icons and page titles's in the template, that also say 'powered by vb $version', personally, I wouldn't disagree with removing those words.

Can you please restore the vBulletin/Jelsoft copyright to your footer template? Right now you are in violation of the licensing agreement. At a minimum the copyright needs to read:

Powered by: vBulletin, Copyright ©2000 - 2002, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.

By the way, you CAN remove the 'Powered by' in the title section of the forumhome page template.
