Can anyone help me fix this?

As you can see from the attached picture I have a bit of text ("Main Category Description") that has appeared in my category box on the home page. I want to get rid of this tetx but cannot work out how to do that.

I did a lot of template editing in one session and cannot work out where I made the change that triggered the display of this text. If anyone can point me in the right direction as to which template to edit to get rid of this text I would be very grateful.

Log in to the admin control panel
Forums & Moderators > Modify > Select the category that has that message, click on [ edit ] and set a title in the input field where it says Title and set a proper description (or nothing) where it says Description.
