[fixed] "Posted by" bug

On the forum index and inside a forum, there is the last message / reply posted by
It misses last poster name.
It seems it does it with particular names, not everyone.

It happens both in guest and login mode.

Fixed.

This was a problem with the reply procedure. The names will be inserted as new replies are added.
