Can someone tell me what i need to do to change a .ico file into a .gif file.

After a bit of searching I found a nice little APP that will convert .ico files to .gif and some other formats, the program is IconView Pro and you can download a trial --Here (http://www.ed3k.com/desktop/icontool.html)
