I ordered vBulletin on July 10th at around 4:30pm EST, and right now it's just almost 2:30pm EST on July 12th, 46 hours later... and I have not yet received my registration code.

According to my receipt from DigiBuy:

You should receive your registration code for vBulletin via
email in the next few minutes

I've tried calling the telephone number listed for the sales department 4 different times, about 8 - 12 hours apart, and after about 5-6 rings, I get a screeching fax tone in my ear every time.

So... I used the contact form to send an email with my purchase information to sales@vbulletin.com... and that was sent 1 1/2 hours after my purchase, and I've heard nothing from them.

This morning, I decided to try the forum. I registered using the same email address as when I ordered the forum, and I NEVER got an email to confirm my registration. Since I was letting the mail go to my default address on this new domain, and test messages were going through from my own personal email account and also from DigiBuy, I still can't figure out why vBulletin can't seem to send me a message.

Anyway... I decided to change the email in my profile to a free email account at Yahoo, and sure enough... the confirmation message came through in a few seconds.

So... I still need my registration code and a place to download my copy of vBulletin. Here's my sale info from DigiBuy:

Since your mail server doesn't seem to like my domain (which was registered about 2 weeks ago, and receives mail just fine from just about everybody else that's tested it)... then please send the information to our web site developer at webmaster@envision2000.com or to me via PM here on the vBulletin forum.

Thanks for you immediate attention to this matter.

You will need to send this request to sales@vbulletin.com again.

You said to email sales... and I did that on Friday. I was out of town all weekend and just got back in the office today, and I STILL don't have any emails from them. In the message I sent to sales, I informed them of the email problem and asked them to send the serial number information to our web site designer at "webmaster@envision2000.com"... which they have not done either.

It makes no sense to me that vBulletin can't seem to send an email to this domain. I've received test emails with no problem from my home email account, my work account, and from my yahoo account... but vBulletin's server doesn't seem to want to deliver emails to wirelessinfolink.com. When I opened this account on the forum, it took 3 hours because I had to change my email address 3 times before it finally sent an email to my yahoo account. I opened a trouble ticket today with my hosting company and they just got back to me and said there are no problems on our end.

I need to install vBulletin right away on this site, but I must get the email from someone at vBulletin in order to download and install the software.

I've called the number listed for Sales at (661) 718 2307 a number of times, and I still get a fax machine after 4 or 5 rings.

I'm at a loss for what to do next. All I know is that I paid for the forum over 6 days ago, and I've done everything I can think of to contact the sales department so I can download and install the forum.

Now what?

What name did you send the ticket in under?

I'm sure I used Taree Wood, since that's the name it's purchased under. All of the information needed to verify my purchase is in the first part of this thread. Since I can't get emails on my domain, then I need the registration info sent to our web designer at webmaster@envision2000.com. He's the technical and administrative contact for wirelessinfolink.com, and you can check it out using Whois if you like.

Thanks!
