I ordered vBulletin on July 10th at around 4:30pm EST, and right now it's just almost 2:30pm EST on July 12th, 46 hours later... and I have not yet received my registration code.
According to my receipt from DigiBuy:
You should receive your registration code for vBulletin via
email in the next few minutes
I've tried calling the telephone number listed for the sales department 4 different times, about 8 - 12 hours apart, and after about 5-6 rings, I get a screeching fax tone in my ear every time.
So... I used the contact form to send an email with my purchase information to sales@vbulletin.com... and that was sent 1 1/2 hours after my purchase, and I've heard nothing from them.
This morning, I decided to try the forum. I registered using the same email address as when I ordered the forum, and I NEVER got an email to confirm my registration. Since I was letting the mail go to my default address on this new domain, and test messages were going through from my own personal email account and also from DigiBuy, I still can't figure out why vBulletin can't seem to send me a message.
Anyway... I decided to change the email in my profile to a free email account at Yahoo, and sure enough... the confirmation message came through in a few seconds.
So... I still need my registration code and a place to download my copy of vBulletin. Here's my sale info from DigiBuy:

Thanks for you immediate attention to this matter.
