Centering Top Logo

[Glock21]

I know this has been went over before quite a bit, and I've went through and tried the solutions but for some reason they don't seem to be working. The following is my header, could someone please tell me what the best solution would be?

Get rid of your current center tags, then:

Change:

Hum, now it's about an inch space on the left, and 2 inches on the right...
