After ordering, do I need to be the one to install it on the server?

I want to order vBulletin, and have my webmaster (outsourced) install it on my host's server. Can I purchase it myself and then pass the material to my webmaster, who in return will be able to install everything on the server?

I just want to make sure that it won't be accessible via my computer only.

You *could* do this but I strongly suggest you try to install it yourself. The knowledge you gain will be well worth it.

Do it yourself because this will help you learn the system and will make it easier for you to upgrade by yourself.

No, nothing is 'dummy-proof' depending of course on just how big of a 'dummy' we're talking about! ;)

The worst that can happen is that you can't do it yourself and you will need to get help.
