Seems like Geography wasn't the best course of the vB developers...

GMT -> Greenwich Mean Time (London)
+1 -> West European Time (Brussels, Berlin, Paris, Lissabon, Madrid, Amsterdam, Zürich)

I think this should really be adjusted... i'm not sure about teh others, but I am about these ones...

Normally the +1 cities would be GMT, but because of some agreement some years ago we use +1.

It should be made to reflect the listing in the Date/Time control panel of Windows. This will help to not confuse users.
