Just wondering what is going on with v2.0 ie where work is being done. John and James gone quiet again :)

I know all i really want to see are the templates and co-branding, basically the feature that I think that most people really want - all the rest so far is really a matter of installing a few hacks. Would also like to know what is being done about the forum structure system as I think people are concerned about this as well.

Any chance of an open admin page we can look at or even see the co-branding working? Also, the changelog that we were promised would be nice to see so we know what is going on.

I have been keeping my mouth shut since the alpha came out, but I'm becoming more and more irate every single day as our servers keep dying and dying. WHEN will 2.0 be ready or should I just dump vb right now and start with something new. I really don't want to wait until next year. I hate to be an ass about it, but something has to be done.

Now that all the bugs are slowly being ironed out, maybe we could have a public Alpha/Beta release?
I think its in a reasonable state now and I for one would like to install it on my test machine and begin to work out an upgrade plan for eDevBoards :)
There will be a lot of DB changes and I think it would be beneficial to us all if we could get a look at the DB structure well before release so we can upgrade sooner.
Also there are a lot of code changes in our install of 1.1.4 that I want to start rewriting for the optimized code of vB 2 :)
