Guests can download attachments *tsk tsk*

As far as I remember, guests were able to download attachments from here. If this hasn't been "fixed" yet, then you guys should do so right away :)

It's vBulletin.org where they can't download attachments, they can here (I think), and don't see why they shouldn't be able to.

Guests can't download attachments from the vBulletin 2 category ('cept for the Pre-sales forum) but I think the Announcements forum was left as-is cause the idea was to post hot-fixes in the bugs forum...

Obviously it needs to be changed though, or just remove those attachments since they're out of date now anyway.

How come guests are allowed to download attachments from the Customizing vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=26) forum? If you'd like to leave it like that, I'd just like to know how come they're allowed to do that :)
