while some of my colleagues will disagree with me, i've had pretty good experiences with Microsoft Exchange Server 2000. its web-based interface were one of the reasons why i approved its purchase. it also features excellent integration with any version of outlook, decent clustering, and supports a myriad of extensions. however, you should be cautious when it comes to anti-viral protection. I recommend GFi Mail Essentials/Security suite if you are going to use Exchange. Expensive, but well worth it.
