[Locked forums] Still able to post in ?

Hi, all the forums of 2.0 are locked, still it seems some people are able to post in.
(I wasn't able, but there are frequently new posts).

The forums appear locked when you are not logged in and guests can't post.

There should be some extra icons for the forums (transparant locks)
