Smaller Search Terms

I'd reccomend you reduce the number of characters one can have in a search term to 2 or at least 3. I can't search for "CMS" or "vB3" right now!

yeah been suggested before... not sure if John plans to do this probably at a time when he's not so busy as you know reindexing searchindex can take forever
