Mysql errors why ?

Ok, I moved a post in another forum, then a moderator deleted the post.

It generated this error:

Soon after, got this one:

Why do I get these erros in my email, Is there a database corruption ? Or is it occasional ? I don't seem to get any new errors, only those two.

First, very important - EDIT OUT THAT PASSWORD!

It happens when you try to delete a post that's already been deleted, or something like that. It'll happen very sporadically.
