Copying templates

I've done a lot of customization to the default template. I want to create a NEW template based on the default template with my customization. Is there a way to take a template and copy it to another name?

The only way to do this is to download a style set using that template and upload it again. Then change the names of the newly uploaded style, replacement and template sets.
