I want to separate my forum topics..
Here is an example. www.pctechtalk.com
Any idea on how to do this?

If you mean the front page of the site you linked to, it is most likely a hack and you need to ask on vBulletin.org.

If you actually go into the forum display of the site, the threads are displayed just like any other vBulletin. Maybe if you were more specific in your request then people would be able to help you.
