Private Message Indicator

When I get private messages, on the forumhome, there's a box that tells me how many new messages I have.

For some reason, after I have read the messages, it is still saying I have 3 new PMs. Any ideas?:confused:

Its designed like that, you have 3 new messages since you were last at the site and under neath it should tell you how many are unread.

0 unread messages. It says 3 new messages, but I have read all of them.

Yes, "new" messages are messages since you last visited the site, whether or not you have read them (hence 0 unread messages).
