I want to have a different header/logo for one of my forums. How do I do this with out changing all of them? I could not find individual forum templates in the CP...
Thanks

Just create a new Style set, edit your header anyway you want, make the Style non-user selectable, then modify the forum to assign that style as ' Custom style set for this forum' and set 'Override users custom styles' to yes.

Hi,
I'm a newbie and experiencing exactly the same problem. I tried everything that you listed above but I cannot get the individual forum to appear in the specific style.
Please can you tell me what the problem may be. Where else should I be checking to prevent the style in this forum being overwritten by the default?
Thanks in advance!

Hmmm...I believe if you did what I posted above it should work. My guess is that you missed a step or perhaps my instructions weren't too clear. I also have no idea what you mean by the style being overwritten by the default. You migfht want to fill out a support ticket at:

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP and clear instructions on exactly what it is you are trying to do.

Thanks for the speedie reply.
I realized what the problem is: It does work, but only when you enter the forum itself.
What I want to do is the following:
I would like to change the "Category Strip Background Color" for each individual category on the homepage to be the colors of my choice.
In other words, when you view the homepage, you'll see different colours inside each category title.
Is this possible, and if so, how can I do this?
Thanks again for you help.

That would require hacking. You can make a hack request at vbulletin.org.

Thanks very much. I'll try that.
