I would like to see a feature that makes sure that threads closed by Administrators can't be opened (and maybe replied) by moderators...

I host clanforums on my forum - it's not very easy to trust everyone...

I would also love this feature. The Admin decisions should always have a higher value than the decisions of the mods.

Also I would like to know if moderators now are able to change the design of their forums and could change different settings for their forums in the mod cp ?

Mods changing styles may be implemented in v3. I doubt we will see much option-changing ability though.
