i see you vB forum is in another language

create a file named phpinfo.php and place this code in it and post the url/link to it from your web site

<?
phpinfo();
?>

i.e. yourdomain.com/phpinfo.php

Thanks eva2000

The file you suggest me to add it to my directory is already there .

and when I run this URL the page of PHP Version 4.0.6
and all the information of my PHP shown in this page .
but do you mean that when I create this file the problem will gone ? if NO what is the other solution I can do it to solve this problem ?

I already asked my host server (HOSTWAY) to change the configuration of there PHP as i saw in this forum but they said we can't give any support to other software or programs not taken from our company ..

Thanks again for you repply and I hope you can find solution for this problem.

According to the phpinfo file, the MySQL version is 3.22.25. The minimum version needed for vB (as per the purchase page) is 3.23.

So nothing to do with this problem because when I asked my host server (HOSTWAY.COM) to update there server they said we can't give any support to other software or programs not taken from our company.
it means the problem will remain until they update the server .

anyway thanks for your help .

:( :confused: :(
