vbulletin button text ?

Would like to know where the border around the vbutton default button set comes from, I can edit the psd n/p, but i can't see where the border around the text is set at, would like to make it lighter?

Anybody explain this for me?

It's a setting that's unique to PhotoShop. Not sure what it's called since I don't have PhotoShop and can't duplicate this effect in PhotoImpact.

In PhotoShop, select a layer, right-click it and choose Blending Options. There you will see a Stroke effect (the last one), and the Outer Glow effect. Both can be used to create this "border" around an item, although I favor the Stroke as it's easier to manipulate IMO.
