Not knowing what you are specifically referring to on that page, I would have to say that it contains a combination of both...

Template hacks for the most part. He/she has edited the profile layout templates to display differently than by default.

Sorry for the lack of info. Basically, just looking for the change of the layout.

Tried looking at vb.org but no avail. (unless I overlook, gosh it's already 5am here;) )

They just edited the profile templates via the template system in the admin area. "getinfo" is the main profile template.

Meaning to say all templates under getinfo reflects on Member Profile page?
