Admin reminder when BB off

Would be helpful to display a reminder that the main BB is turned off, to admin users when they view the BB (since to admin users it looks like it is as normal).

Otherwise it's too easy to forget about it being set to off and then leaving the users without access ...!

I agree, this is a must feature...

I was going to write a request for this on vB.org, just never got around to it...

Also, how about a feature to close the board to everyone except the person setting the lock...

ie. I (user ID# 1) could shut the board down fully to everyone but me so I could run the optimize script...
