vBulletin offers great support!

Thanks to everyone in the vBulletin support team. I have very high praise about vB in other web development forums too because I am happy with the support they have.

I use different scripts from different companies on some of my sites and not all of the companies offer forum support.
Some only offer limited support and some have no support.

Out of all the companies that I bought scripts from, vB tech support is one of the BEST! And I think this is why vB is so successful. Words of mouth advertising is the most powerful form of advertsing and vB really make the customers happy. (I am happy hehe)

vBulletin is a comercial script and as you would expect with something you paid for us great support which is provided here.

vBulletin support is probably good as some have a large amount of knowledge in one field, such as eva2000 is good with mysql.

Agree! One thing I wanna add...not all companies with commercial scripts offer the same kind of support although the price range of the products are close. Most of the scripts that I am using are commercial scripts and I use a few free scripts. Some script companies do not have any open forums to let prospects or registered users to post questions or share experiences. "Some" only use the ticket system to handle questions, some of them do not know how to address customer's concerns properly or they offer poor support and that their so-called support is even worse than some companies that offer free scripts. "Some" companies make customers unhappy.
