How come you take a year to respond to your e-mails?
I sent 3, I'm in desperate need of my account info so I can re-download vB and upgrade because my board got messed up after I uninstalled a few hacks.........I would like to get it back online A.S.A.P. and I guess that does'nt mean much to you all. If your customers are important as you make them out to be, why are they overlooked? :(
Can I please have my password and customer number e-mailed to my new address please?
BigMailBox.com shut down their free accounts to websites, which mine was hosted through, and that was my e-mail address of record and therefore, I can't get any info. ;).
Can I get some answers, and maybe my member number and password?

Did you send a request to support@vbulletin,.com with all your customer info? If so, what name did you send this under and I'll flag the issue for you.

The form states that you should expect to wait 24-48 hours for responses. It's just now been 24 hours since your ticket was submitted.

I just realized that also, like I said, I'm just really anxious to get it back up. Thanks though ;).
