Problem Step 3 MySQL

Hi,

I've a big problem and I dont know waht to do. Can anyone help me???
So all is ok but in step 3 of the installation there comes this up:

Warning: Host 'clanhosting01' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/theotc/public_html/board/admin/db_mysql.php3 on line 50

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/theotc/public_html/board/admin/db_mysql.php3 on line 56


What I have to do???
The pass and the ip for the MySQL-Server arent wrong.
