A member doesn't see some posts

A member doesn't see on his computer some posts that are in the database, because others can see them.

I told him to delete cookies, to reload pages, to see in IE option if there were some protection or restriction activated, but nothing!

Does anybody know what it could be the reason?

Are they new posts, old posts? Posts within a thread or whole threads?

A little more information is necessary.

As a first step ask him what his cutoff date is set to in his profile?
