Post Counting

Quick Suggestion for a future version.

Give a switch per forum where the admin can disable "post counting" for that forum i.e. in Chit Chat and Testing forums.

I don't need it (so I won't write it) but I see quite a few others would like it.

John already does that over at vb-world.net, but I'm guessing it's hard coded. Simple to do though.
