Database Indexes (Optimizing vBulletin's Database Queries)

I was looking for a list of database indexes to create in the MySQL database for vBulletin. I did a search on "INDEX" but the resulting list was too overwhelming to find what I was looking for.

Do those indexes apply to 3.5.1? And how do you add them?

No, considering this thread is 5 years old now ;) The indexes probally apply for 1.1.6.

vBulletin is properly index on anything we do.
