my boards were working perfectly
then i upgraded to 1.4
after that, they worked for a few hours
but for the last 10 hours i've been getting this error
Warning: MySQL: Unable to save result set in /home2/lyric/www/boards/admin/db_mysql.php on line 69
There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

Wayne, he posted a link :)
mysql error: Got error 127 from table handlerThat's a corrupt table - do a search for that error and you should find out how to fix it.

the support at phpwebhosting.com told me that the table you specified was corrupt and that they repaired it
they told me that the script i was running caused the problem
so, i went to the members section and downloaded and installed 1.3
it was unsuccessful i guess becuz 1.4 was previously installed
so, i try to install the upgrade to 1.4 again
it won't work either becuz 1.4 was previously installed
so, i'm stuck now
i'm prettie sure i can install it, but i'd have to override the database and clear all the information
is there anyway to get my boards working again w/out losing my data???
this whole upgrade was a disaster...
my boards are located at

thanx...

What he means is just delete the Install Script, Change config.php appropriately and FTP all the files to your server. You won't be touching the database so it can't wipe out your data. In case your still worried though you can always dump the database to a text file through the MySQL command line of PHPMYAdmin.

you are best off to ask your host, there are different ways and you never know which way they allow.
