Help!!, i dont have a member.php???

I got my zip file from a friend and neither he or my self have the member.php file!?!
Is that a autogenerated file or should i be there?

It sound like you have an illegal copy of this software.

You should have access to the members directory if you indeed have purchased a license, and not have received anything from a "friend".
