Moving admin settings, smilies settings..

Hi,
I've read the thread explaining how to move a database from a server to another (nice tutorial !).

Now what If I want to keep all my smilies settings, admin settings and such ?

-Another question: Can I work on Vbulletin using my server's IP, and then just switch with the domain name ?
Will all still work ?

All of that stuff is actually stored inside of the database, so moving the database will also carry over all of your settings.

Yes just setup the IP in your control panel and it will work fine until your domain names are updated... I did this myself when moving servers and it works fine.
