No. We decided it's (basically) a rewrite, so why not start fresh? The first step irrevocably empties your database, without warning, to prepare it for vB3.

All of your posts, threads, forums, etc will carry over to vB 3 just fine. But your styles will need to be redone, in just the same way that vB 1 styles needed to be redone for vB 2.

Gecko doesn't suck - the latest version of Mozilla is excellent and a great improvement over the older ones.

Yes, AOL sucks (though the 100-hour free trial doesn't ;) )
