How do I set this up? Please help!

I know how to change the colors of every thing, but I don't get it how can I set up the layout of the page according to my preference. I want to move the five links icons (register, faq, profile, etc.) at the bottom of my logo. Also I want to add a table untop of the main table in the page. How can I do these things?????? Is there anywhere I can view the html (or whatever code) for the whole page at once and modify it over there?

Fello, it's all in the templates. Go to your administrative control panel, and choose the templates link. There are a blue million templates to choose from. Take a look around and you'll see almost every single area of the board in html. That's where you'll find the "Five Links" template and can make changes to it there.

I don't see anywhere where I can just move the five links icons to where ever I want!? Also where I can I add a table of my own to the page?
