I'm with Seph on this one, pretty much everyone (very few don't) use these buttons: http://www.bbaddons.com/vb/bs/multi/greygreen.gif, with a different color.

I don't. :) Although, they're very nice. I can see why a lot of people use them, 'cause god knows making button sets when there's over 100 buttons is a PITA.
