Cookie Domain HELP

I set the Cookie Domain wrong. And i cant edit anything cuz it wont send me a cookie. Where can i find this line in the php files.
i need to clear it.

On the Permission Denied page here, there's a link to where you have to enter in your customer ID and password to post.
