I downloaded a button set some time ago in this style (see attatched)

Now I need to make some new buttons for it but am rubbish at photoshop- what do I need to use in the gradient layer in the Graphics Developer's Kit to get this effect?

Thanks SD but I need to make some ICQ/AIM/YAHOO style buttons like these

Send the icons (AIM, ICQ, and Yahoo) to webmaster@bbaddons.com and I will see what I can do :).
